A to be fully literate students will need to understand that texts are hermetic units that do not change in any way depending on media or context.
B depending on the text, a different context will have to be created so students can understand that, no matter how disconnected it is from their reality.
C multiple literacies depend on situated practices that will disconnect texts from contexts so students may develop standardized skills to function in the world.
D we must reflect upon human, historic, political and social conditions which (de)(re)contextualizes texts.
E in order to be fully literate students must ignore context because it distracts students’ focus on the skills they need to develop.
