A the sender’s address should be written on the top lefthand corner of the letter.
B the recipient’s name and address are written on the left-hand side of the letter, below the sender’s address.
C a possible closing expression is “cordially”.
D you should use “Dear Mr. or Mrs.” at the beginning if you do not know who will receive the letter.
